It surprises us how often people aren’t even aware of how they interact with each other and their environment. While it’s something we focus on everyday, for many it’s barely even an afterthought—an afterthought that can have huge influence on a company’s culture and employee satisfaction.
While you don’t have to go to the same lengths as Google per se, sometimes all it takes to drastically improve your work environment is sitting down and taking a closer look at how you interact with your space and the others in it.
