L’Aventure Winery Cave Extension

L’Aventure is an artisanal winery that blends French tradition with 100% estate-produced Paso Robles-grown grapes.

5,500 sf extension to an existing wine cave including a new portal entry. The cave offers a temperate environment for wine storage and aging, as well as bottle library storage and guest tasting areas. Caves allow the facility to age the wine at the correct, cool temperature and the humidity within range without the use of air conditioning.

Admistrative office 1,000 s.f. addition to match the existing design. The new wing will create a small courtyard gathering space.

A new 2,600 s.f. case goods storage building is a pre-engineered metal building with upgrade insulation for bottle storage and packaged goods.
