Sensorio Market

Sensorio, in Paso Robles, was designed as a destination for entertainment with art-inspired garden landscapes for interaction and exploration. The first exhibit, Bruce Munro: Field of Light, opened in 2019 to much acclaim. Since then, Sensorio has added several additional exhibits to the site.

The Sensorio Market Building includes a commercial kitchen, bar, outdoor dining space, and a stage for musical performances. The 4,600-square-foot venue can host tasting events and serve patrons visiting the Field of Light exhibit. The architectural style, with barn wood siding, reflects the agrarian history of the site and surroundings, and the large openings allow for a connection with the outdoor amenities.

Construction on the Market Building was completed in 2023, and the outdoor event space was completed in May 2024.
