Studio Design Group’s healthcare architects are pleased to announce exciting progress as the Cuesta Rosa Assisted Living Facility moves toward completion. Structures of the two-story 26,875 SF assisted-living community with 35 private rooms were erected this summer and are now visible from the southbound freeway. More recently, new roofing and windows have been installed, revealing breathtaking views of the East Cuesta Ridge. Building designs for this project represent tailored healthcare architecture intended to offer a range of care models to best serve its San Luis Obispo residents.
Implementation of exterior finishes and landscaping are projected to occur over the next few months. Currently, the Cuesta Rosa Assisted Living Facility project is on schedule to reach completion in January of 2024. Studio Design Group is committed to optimizing the functionality of space through implementing carefully crafted healthcare design.
