Studio Design Group Architects Inc, (SDG) has announced that Ariana Melendez has been promoted to partner, joining founders Tim Ronda and Brian Starr in the firm’s leadership.
“Along with excellent design, client relations, and project management skills, Ariana brings energy and enthusiasm to our practice,” said founding partner, Brian Starr. “Tim and I are pleased to have her join us in serving our clients and leading our team at SDG.”
Melendez is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and holds an MBA degree from California State University Channel Islands. A registered architect, LEED accredited professional and Class 30 graduate of Leadership SLO, Melendez joined SDG in 2014 after working ten years gaining experience in the Bay Area and Santa Barbara.

Her recent projects include the Motel Inn in San Luis Obispo which includes restoration of a local historic landmark, Sensorio in Paso Robles, and entitlements and planning for healthcare projects including the New French Hospital Tower and Arroyo Grande Rehabilitation Hospital.
